What you’ll be doing in this role:
- Plan and conduct laboratory tests according to specified requirements;
- Design and modify test setups and procure necessary supplies;
- Observe, record, compile, and communicate results;
- Analyze, identify issues, summarize, and objectively compare results to specifications or other references;
- Research and suggest improvements or revisions to testing procedures and methods if necessary;
- Ensure the integrity of results.
The minimum qualifications you should have:
- Authorized to work legally in Canada;
- Hold a diploma in Electromechanics or other relevant fields;
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment;
- Strong teamwork and communication skills;
- Ability to meet deadlines;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- High degree of autonomy.
