Today, we’re offering you a great opportunity to contribute to our development as a Mechanical Design Technician, working on precision tooling or equipment projects for our renowned customers.
What you’ll do in this role:
- Perform design tasks on various processes, plastics, sheet metal, welding, 2D drawings and assemblies ;
- Demonstrate a high degree of design autonomy ;
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to propose concepts to resolve various issues ;
- Collaborate in the problem-solving process with team designers and engineers by proposing creative solutions ;
- Have a keen sense of mechanics and good 3D visualization skills.
Minimum qualifications :
- You have a DEC in mechanical engineering, design option, or relevant experience in plastic parts design ;
- You have more than 3 years’ experience in mechanical design ;
- You have knowledge of various types of mechanical design ;
- You have a good sense of creativity and innovation ;
- You have a strong aptitude for design ;
- You stand out for your leadership and interpersonal skills.
