The qualities we are looking for: 

  • Proficiency with digital tools and social media; 
  • Talent for consultative sales and prospecting; 
  • Enjoyment in discussing with decision-makers in the manufacturing sector; 
  • Leadership and strong negotiation skills; 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with clients, teams, and partners; 
  • Good knowledge of the manufacturing sector; 
  • Strong analytical and synthesis abilities; 
  • Dynamic with a desire to achieve concrete results; 
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; 
  • Positive and innovative; 
  • Tenacious and persistent; 
  • Bilingual in both French and English (essential). English is required for clients with activities outside Quebec.
