What you’ll do in this role:
- Identify, evaluate, and propose optimizations and continuous improvements of production methods and procedures at our clients’ sites;
- Provide technical assistance to production and quality teams;
- Determine the various steps, methods, and manufacturing processes according to project realities;
- Participate in the design of manufacturing tools and/or templates;
- Collaborate in the drafting of documents (processes, procedures, instructions).
The minimum skills you must have:
- A DEC (Diploma of College Studies) in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering;
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role;
- Proficiency in one or more 3D design software;
- Mastery of the concepts of balancing and sequencing manufacturing operations;
- Knowledge in bottleneck estimation/simulation in factories (ex : FlexSim software) ;
- You are detail-oriented and demonstrate autonomy and rigor;
- You are mobile and willing to travel to our clients (Centre-Du-Québec, Estrie).
