We are looking to strengthen our dedicated manufacturing projects team with a Mechanical Designer to work on tooling or precision equipment projects for our customers.

What you will accomplish in this role
- Perform equipment and tooling design tasks;
- Possess a good knowledge of 3D software;
- Be able to demonstrate an ability to propose concepts to solve diverse issues;
- Collaborate in the problem-solving process with team designers and engineers by proposing creative solutions;
- Have a keen sense of mechanics and good 3D visualization.
Essential skills
- You have a DEP in design or a DEC in mechanical engineering, design option, or relevant experience in tooling and equipment design;
- You have more than 2 years’ experience in mechanical tooling or equipment design;
- You have knowledge related to various types of mechanical design;
- You demonstrate a good sense of creativity and innovation;
- You have strong design skills;
- You stand out for your autonomy and your ability to find solutions;
- You are mobile and can travel 5 days a week to our customers’ sites.
