What you will accomplish in this role:
- Perform equipment and tooling design tasks;
- Have a good knowledge of 3D software;
Demonstrate an ability to propose concepts to solve various issues; - Collaborate in the problem-solving process with the team’s designers and engineers by proposing creative solutions;
- Have a keen sense of mechanics and good 3D visualization skills.
Essential skills required:
- You have a bachelor’s degree or a college diploma in mechanical engineering with a focus on design, or relevant experience in tooling and equipment design;
- You have more than two years of experience in mechanical tooling or equipment design;
- You have knowledge of various types of mechanical design;
- You demonstrate a good sense of creativity and innovation;
- You have strong design skills;
- You stand out for your autonomy and ability to find solutions;
- You are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident;
- You are mobile and able to travel to our clients’ sites 5 days a week.
