What you’ll really have to do in this role:
- Lead multidisciplinary project consultations or project office teams
- Develop and supervise a team of experts in operational excellence
- Ensure the proper conduct of the project and its progress in line with the project’s objective
- Provide expertise to projects and develop resources for each project
- Develop and maintain business relationships with our clients
- Handle customer complaints concerning the project and/or the employee
- Participate in internal project governance meetings
- Collaborate with the human resources team in the staffing and employee management process (recruitment, integration, performance management, etc.)
- Collaborate with the business development team (client meetings, drafting service offers, and others)
- Participate in representation activities
The minimum skills you must have:
- You hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably in industrial engineering or operations and logistics engineering
- You are a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
- You have at least 10 years of experience in industrial management
- You have more than 3 years of experience in project management and team management
- You are mobile and willing to travel and work regularly at our clients’ locations throughout Quebec
- You are bilingual (French/English) – proficiency in English is required for our international clients and our Quebec clients with international projects
