What you will accomplish in this role
- Define the cybersecurity plan for the project for which he/she is responsible;
- Provide guidelines and support to BRP development teams to carry out their activities;
- Define and allocate elements according to BRP strategy;
- Support the creation of threat analysis and risk assessment;
- Support the creation of cybersecurity concepts;
- Ensure the definition of the cybersecurity interface agreement and support the purchasing team during the supplier selection process, and throughout the development of supplier activities ;
- Review cybersecurity work products for projects for which he/she is responsible;
- Carry out assessment and write assessment reports in accordance with clause 6. 4.8 of ISO 21434 as an independent assessor for projects led by the other cybersecurity manager;
- Contribute to the updating/creation of processes, guidelines, standards and templates.
Essential skills sought
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Cybersecurity; mechanical, electrical or embedded electronics or software profile ;
- At least 2 years’ experience in vehicle cybersecurity;
- Knowledge of on-board cybersecurity applicable to vehicle systems (Powertrain, VSS, Light, Suspension, Start/stop, etc.);
- Knowledge and experience in implementing clauses 6, 7, 9, 10, 11 and 15 of ISO 21434;
- Able to manage cybersecurity projects in collaboration with team members;
- You are mobile to travel and work on a regular basis at our customers’ sites across Quebec, depending on your opportunities and your personal life;
- You are bilingual (French / English) – fluency in English is required for our international customers and our Quebec customers with international projects.
