Members of the Smart Factory team must be adept at building relationships with their clients to understand all the parameters of a mandate. The team develops all technological solutions in-house before deploying them on-site. This team does not use outsourcing models; they operate as a core team, and everyone goes on-site. This approach results in versatile professionals who evolve quickly and can actively participate in the creation and development of Merkur’s offerings.
